After firing all of the humans in my team to replace them with AI, I now find one of them making the same mistake over and over again, despite my efforts to better understand it in 1 to 1s.
I need advice from you all. Has putting AI on a PIP (personal improvement plan) worked for you? Should I try reaching out to it differently? I want it to succeed and feel like it’s part of the team and company culture.
